I have to admit when I came to MRC I had very little hope this attempt would be different and actually work for me. When I started program within just a few weeks I was seeing huge results and not having any problem staying on track. My hope was starting to build but still I thought this was too good to be true the weight wouldn't keep coming off like that. Well was I ever wrong, I've lost 82 pounds and am proudly in maintenance. I am only taking half of my diabetes and cholesterol medication. My doctor even thinks I will be able to come off both completely soon! I feel so much better physically, mentally and emotionally! I thank God for the answered prayer and thank the many friends and family that support me. I love that I have taken back control of my health!
