4 oz. angel hair cabbage
2 oz. raw tomatoes, diced
1 oz. green bell pepper, diced
1 oz. green onion, chopped
ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar
1-2 packets splenda
1 tsp. chili powder
1 TBSP each: dried cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
Mix ingredients together (best if refrigerated overnight).
