The help and service here is above and beyond. I’ve wanted to lose weight but can’t take a lot of supplements because of heart issues and diabetes. Gina showed me how to use food to accomplish my goal and always has excellent simple recipe ideas. I had to increase my protein also and the high nutrient supplements they have which are very helpful in increasing my protein. I like that the weigh ins hold me accountable and give me time to ask questions or go over any concerns. I’ve lost 20 pounds and look forward to losing more. Most importantly, my A1C has dropped and I am feeling better! Very caring place and they are in it with you. Love the cooking classes and the positive reinforcement boards. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
