My sister started the plan over a year ago and was successful and she kept urging me to join. My husband and I joined in June and both of us are enjoying the program a lot and have lost weight! Surprise! We love how easy the program is to follow and it doesn’t feel like a “diet†. A lifetime change for the better. Darla and Amy are experts and so full of information, and encouragement. However, the best part is they are so easy to talk to and work with and we look forward to going twice a week to review our progress and for the fun!
