MRC has been a life changer for me. Coach John has been instrumental in getting myself on track after a traumatic event that left my body and my emotions in a complete tailspin. He educated me on why my body works differently now than it did previous to that event, and has helped me see that there IS a way to stay healthy and on track. Not only has he helped me understand and stay in control of my nutrition, but he's been a constant source of support when I've needed it. I've established a new way of life that doesn't involve going straight to food when I'm emotional. That being said, I am still human...and if I have a time when I slip up, John is always there to help me focus on the positive and to keep me moving forward. I'm so grateful for this company and for him. It's the real deal. No gimmicks. No promises of losing ten pounds in one week. Just a steady approach to healthier living. I'd recommend it to anyone.
