A: The initial consultation typically lasts approximately 30 minutes, depending on your questions

A: The complete consultation is free of charge.

A: We will ask you some questions about your medical history, eating habits and lifestyle so we can learn more about you to determine the best program to fit your needs.
Q: How much do your weight loss programs cost?
A: We have several weight loss programs available. The purpose of the free consultation is to determine which of these weight loss programs is the best for you. Your cost will be determined based on your needs. Our fees are very reasonable as we have students, as well as professionals, on our programs.
A: We have found that most major medical insurance companies will reimburse you for medical necessity.
Q: How old do you have to be to participate in your weight loss programs?
A: To participate in our adult weight loss programs, individuals must be at least 16 years old and have parental approval to participate in the program. Individuals who are 18 years old or older may participate in the adult programs without parental consent. We also offer a safe and effective weight loss program for children ages 5-15. Q: Are your weight loss programs safe and medically sound?
A: Yes. Our weight loss program were created by doctors and have a very good reputation in the medical community. In addition, many of our centers have nurses on staff to assist with specific medical concerns.
Q: How long will it take me to get to my goal weight?
A: On our weight loss programs, you can lose an average of 2 to 5 pounds weekly until you reach your goal weight.
Q: How will I keep my weight off once I reach my goal weight?
A: Each of our weight loss programs include a maintenance component that gives you the tools and information to maintain your healthy, new weight for a lifetime.
Q: What kinds of food can you eat while on your programs?
A: Our weight loss programs include food from all four food groups. You will be able to make food selections, including lean meats, fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, cheese and bread. You can buy food from the grocery store and eat out in restaurants.
Q: Do you offer menus for vegetarians?
A: Absolutely. We have vegetarian options for all of our weight loss programs.
A: No. Our weight loss programs are much more than a diet. We combine personal supervision, nutritional guidance and behavioral modification that enable you to lose an average of 2-5 pounds weekly.
Q: Is this a high protein diet?
A: No. We offer well-balanced, healthy programs that incorporate whole foods, including proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
Q: Do I have to come in every day?
A: The recommended amount of personal supervision depends on your individual needs, which will be determined at the time of your consultation. To monitor your success, you must visit the center on a regular basis. Our goal through personal supervision is to help you get the easiest and safest results.
Q: Do I have to weigh and measure my food?
A:Each of our weight loss programs are individually designed for safe weight loss. What our clients like best is that the programs are easy whether you choose to eat out or prepare meals for a family.
A: Our trained staff will assist you in beginning or maintaining a mild exercise regimen. Exercise is important, because it supports our program's overall goal to increase your metabolism to ensure you reach your goal weight.
A: Each center offers some natural herbs and vitamins that enhance the program's success. These supplements offer a host of benefits that our trained staff will teach you about. It is up to your discretion if you choose to include herbs and vitamins in your program.
